The second solo album of the rock icon reissuedFollowing the reissue of his debut "Talk Is Cheap" in 2019, Keith Richards continues the reissue of his solo catalog, re-releasing his second studio album "Main Offender" in 2022."Main Offender" was originally released on October 19, 1992, between the Rolling Stones albums "Steel Wheels" (1989) and "Voodoo Lounge" (1994). Like its predecessor, it was created in collaboration with the band X-Pensive Winos, consisting of Steve Jordan (drums), Sarah Dash (vocals), Waddy Wachtel (guitar), Charley Drayton (bass), Ivan Neville (keyboards) and Bobby Keys (saxophone). But although the Winos were featured on both albums, they were credited to Richards as a solo artist.Although it didn't become as big a commercial success as 1988's "Talk Is Cheap," reaching #45 in the UK and #99 in the U.S., "Main Offender" still received mostly positive reviews. However, it was to remain Richards' last solo work until the 2015 album "Crosseyed Heart," which again reached the Top 10 several times.
